Rules for UMD Parks Giveaways
1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the Union Market District Parks Foundation and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Method: Participants can enter the giveaway by visiting the Union Market District Parks Foundation website and filling out the official entry form. Only one entry per person is allowed.
3. Prize: Each monthly giveaway will have a prize valued at $400. The specific prize will be announced at the beginning of each month. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Selection of Winners: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the month. The winner will be notified via email or phone within three business days of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within seven days, an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Public Announcement: The name of the winner will be announced on the Union Market District Parks Foundation website and social media platforms. By entering the giveaway, participants grant permission for their name to be used for this purpose.
6. Taxes and Expenses: Any taxes or additional expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Compliance with Laws: The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
8. Modification or Termination: The Union Market District Parks Foundation reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
9. Release of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, participants release the Union Market District Parks Foundation and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the use or misuse of the prize.
10. Agreement to Official Rules: By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Union Market District Parks Foundation, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
